Amazing dining experience at The Masses Singapore! The Chef Menu was a delightful mix of creative and delicious dishes. The seasonal oysters were refreshing, and the wagyu beef tongue was tender and flavorful. The lamb saddle was a highlight, perfectly cooked and beautifully paired with sage and fig.
